I help brands, small businesses and venues bring ideas to life in real spaces, from pop-ups and activations to experiences and events.
Some people come to me with a business they want to test in the real world.
Others come with a space they’d like to bring to life.
I connect the two and make it happen in a practical, low-stress way.
Background
I’ve spent years working inside retail destinations and commercial environments, delivering pop-ups, kiosks and brand activations.
That experience gave me a real understanding of how these spaces work day-to-day, from approvals and planning to what actually drives footfall and sales.
I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what small businesses often aren’t told before stepping into physical spaces.
Why Lo Kehoe Studio Exists
Over time, I noticed a gap.
Many independents want to try pop-ups but feel overwhelmed or unsure where to start. At the same time, many venues have space they’d like to use better but don’t always have time to find the right operators.
Lo Kehoe Studio grew from wanting to bridge that gap, connecting the right brands with the right spaces, in a way that works for both sides.

My approach is friendly, honest and realistic.
I won’t overpromise or push you into something that doesn’t make sense for your stage or budget.
People often say I make the process feel easy and that I understand both sides, and that’s exactly what I aim to do.
